The Aspire leadership course by Deltalearning has had a significant impact to my personal development as a Sales Leader. Being in a leadership role when the course started allowed me to put my newly acquired skills into practice with immediate effect. The assignments were challenging but designed in a way that enabled us to digest and then share our understanding of what we had learnt. A thoroughly enjoyable course that has enabled me to be more confident, tactical, and resilient when working with my team.
