The beauty expert who is enabling an ambitious tomorrow for her personal brand and businesses.

Today we are delighted to announce the release this week of the fifth podcast episode of our sales podcast series.

Christina is a CEO, a business owner, investor, mentor and philanthropist based in the Bay Area in California. Furthermore she is also a contributor on NBC and a recognisable personality to many in the cosmic and makeup industry.

Makeup and cosmetic products are used by millions of people around the world and approximately $49 billion dollars is generated by cosmetic sales in the US alone. At present, the global cosmetic market is valued at $571 billion dollars – this is an industry that offers huge potential for those creating disruptive products for consumers.

And that is exactly what Christina Flach is doing with her brand.

Her journey as founder & CEO of Pretty girl Makeup started in 1996 and since then she has grown her brand to have a loyal customer base both in retail and through their online store. What’s more unique to Christina’s story is that she has entirely self funded her business and into the latter half of 2024, and into 2025 is keen to grow her business even further with new products, selling to new markets.
